As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Amicora, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Amicora as an Affiliate.
1. Registration and Eligibility
1.1 Application: Please submit a complete and accurate affiliate program application. We will evaluate and notify you of your application status.
1.2 Ineligible Websites:
- Sites containing pornographic, violent, or false content
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Sites targeted at children or collecting information from children under 13
- Domains using Amicora trademarks or their variants
1.3 Information Updates: Ensure your application information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. We will send important notifications to your registered email address.
2. Valid Purchases and Commissions
2.1 Valid Purchase Activity: A customer visits the Amicora website via your specific link and completes a purchase in a single session.
2.2 Commission Calculation: Commissions are paid based on a percentage of the revenue from valid sales. Commissions are paid monthly, and referred accounts must remain active for at least 31 days.
2.3 Self-Referral: You cannot refer yourself and will not receive commissions from your own account.
2.4 Payment Method: Commissions are paid monthly through direct deposit, Paypal, or check. Ensure you provide valid payment information to avoid commission withholding.
3. Termination
3.1 Termination Conditions: Your affiliate application and status may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertising
- Spamming
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
- Failing to disclose affiliate relationships as per FTC guidelines
- Intellectual property infringement
- Self-referral, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud
3.2 Termination Rights: Amicora reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for any violation of this Agreement or without cause at any time.
4. Affiliate Links
4.1 Usage Permission: You may use graphic and text links on your website and in emails. You may also advertise the Amicora website in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
4.2 Content Creation: You may use graphics and text we provide, or create your own, as long as they are appropriate and comply with the terms outlined in the Termination section.
5. Coupon and Deal Sites
5.1 Usage Restrictions: Promotion of coupons is not allowed unless pre-approved/assigned. The following terms apply to any Affiliate considering promoting our products through deals or coupon promotions:
- Affiliates may not use misleading text on links, buttons, or images implying anything other than currently authorized deals.
- Affiliates may not bid on Amicora coupons, Amicora discounts, or other phrases implying the availability of coupons.
- Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other visible or invisible actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has clearly indicated interest by clicking a clearly labeled link, button, or image for the specific coupon or deal. Your link must send visitors to the merchant site.
- Before setting an affiliate cookie, the user must be able to view coupon/deal/saving information and details (i.e., no “click here to see coupons and open a merchant site” windows).
- Affiliates may not have “click to see (or view) coupons/deals” or similar text when no coupons or deals are available. Affiliates with such text on landing pages will be immediately removed from the program.
6. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy
No PPC bidding is allowed without prior written permission.
7. Liability
Amicora is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to tracking failures, database file loss, or any intentional damage to the program and/or our website. We make no express or implied warranties with respect to the program and/or the memberships or products sold by Amicora. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the program and/or our website, and we are not responsible for any interruptions or errors.
8. Agreement Term and Modifications
8.1 Agreement Term: This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the program and ends when your affiliate account is terminated.
8.2 Terms Modification: We may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. If you do not accept any modifications, your sole option is to terminate your affiliate account. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Indemnification
Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Amicora and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Amicora to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any claims arising from the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of the affiliate in connection with this Agreement.
10. Electronic Signatures
This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Amicora affiliate program. By completing the Amicora application process, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
